ARTIST STATEMENT

I paint stories – stories of how I see nature interacting. I personify almost everything. It is the feeling of vastness, overwhelming skies and colour of nature providing me with a wonderful inner peace.

My watercolour work is about the feeling of having been there, recapturing the memory of a special place! I am attracted to patterns in  rock formations, mountains and sky and hoping to convey the same feeling to the viewer. I want to be the eyes of nature projecting to humanity.
